Contracts
A contractual relationship always exists between the professional and JobConnect. The client and JobConnect conduct business based on an agreement they have entered into.
The placed professional receives an agreed-upon compensation for the work performed.
The risk is shared equally among all parties involved. The client bears the risk of absence, just as it would with a permanent employee. Neither the placed professional nor JobConnect receives any compensation in the event of an absence.
